Pontville Desem take two
Sourdough Desam loafs, made just perfect, tasted wonderful, cut into thin slices and dipped in olive oil and pinenut dukkah
Apple and homegrown strawberry strudel
Potato gnocci served with a sage and butter sauce and a pesto herb garnish.
A very busy day in the kitchen last friday...could it be we were having guests?
